You need your Company Code when creating or signing into your account at gmsupplierdiscount.com. Have a recent pay stub handy — it will show your exact employer name if you are unsure.
Only one entity, one code. All Publix Super Markets employees — whether in stores, distribution, or corporate — register under the same company code 813355. Confirm Eligibility
Go to gmsupplierdiscount.com and search “Publix” under Company Eligibility. Your code is 813355. Active full-time and part-time hourly and salaried employees qualify. Contract employees do not.
Register or Sign In
Create or log into a GM account at gmsupplierdiscount.com. Enter your Company Code (813355) when prompted. If you already have a GM account from a prior vehicle purchase, sign in with those same credentials.
Select a Vehicle
Browse inventory or build your vehicle at rivardbuickgmc.com. You can also use the Build & Price tool on the GM Supplier Discount site to see exact supplier pricing on any eligible GMC or Buick model before you visit.
Get Authorization #
From the Programs menu on the supplier discount site, select GM Supplier Discount then Get Authorization Number. Follow the prompts, print or save the number. It is valid for 90 days — get it once you have a vehicle in mind.
Come See Us
Bring your authorization number, a current Publix pay stub (within 30 days), and your driver's license to Rivard Buick GMC, 9740 Adamo Dr, Tampa, FL 33619. We handle the rest and put you in your new vehicle the same day.
Have these three items ready when you arrive. The dealer must have your authorization number on file before completing any sale or lease under the program.
Authorization Number
Printed or saved from gmsupplierdiscount.com. Valid for 90 days from date of issue. Must be on file before the sale is completed.
Current Pay Stub
Must be within the last 30 days. Redact all information except the date, your name, and the employer name (Publix Super Markets). A Publix employee ID badge is also acceptable.
Driver's License
With your driver's license number redacted. Your date of birth and ZIP code on the license must match what you used when obtaining the authorization number from the supplier discount site.
