What is the GM Supplier of the Year discount?
It’s a limited-time General Motors incentive for active U.S. employees of companies that earned and enrolled in the GM Supplier of the Year program. Eligible employees can purchase or lease one new gas or electric GM vehicle at GM Employee Price. The 2026 offer runs June 2 through July 6, 2026.
How is employee price different from a normal supplier discount?
A typical supplier discount sits below MSRP. GM Employee Price is the price the dealership itself pays — in other words, you buy for what we buy for. It is generally the strongest pricing GM extends to the public.
How do I find my company’s code?

My employer isn’t listed. Can I still get a discount?
Only companies enrolled in the GM Supplier of the Year program qualify for this specific offer. Other GM Supplier Discount programs may still apply to your employer. Call Rivard Buick GMC at 813-280-0050 and we’ll help you check your options.
How long is my authorization code valid?
Your authorization code is valid for 90 days from the date it’s issued. The offer itself is available in your account from June 2 through July 6, 2026.
What proof of employment do I need to bring?
Either a current company ID badge, or a pay stub dated within the last 30 days showing your name and employer. Earnings information may be redacted. GM requires this documentation be retained for audit purposes.
Which vehicles qualify?
One eligible new gas or electric GM vehicle. Gas/ICE vehicles use incentive code GIC (GM Employee Price); electric vehicles use code GVV (GM Employee EV Allowance). At Rivard, that covers eligible new Buick and GMC models.
Do I have to live in Florida to use it at Rivard?
